Get back to nature, Ray Mears style!
Everyone arrives at Team Pursuits- an outdoor activity company located in beautiful countryside near Lacock, Wiltshire. This is a cookery class with a difference… your group have to master the art of “fire by friction” using a bow drill to cook bacon and eggs!
Under the supervision of a team of bushcraft instructors, participants will be taught the art of fire lighting and camp fire cooking and enjoy their own masterpiece of bacon rolls with mid morning coffee.
Backstage tour of the Theatre Royal Bath
Why not take your group on an organised private backstage tour of this historic theatre where many of the greats have played – including Ellen Terry, Henry Irving, Sarah Bernhardt and, more recently, Lauren Bacall, Anthony Hopkins and Charlton Heston.
Wonder through the entertaining suite, the 1805 Rooms includes the Beau Nash Dining Room – a panelled room where Beau Nash played cards – which makes a fascinating setting for a drinks reception and small private dinner.
A drinks reception around the Roman Baths
Guests can enjoy a unique drinks reception around the Roman Baths – with the steam rising gently from the waters and the wall torches flickering in their sconces, few places can equal the magic of this setting in the evening.
This distinctive venue is ideal for receptions with a private guided tour of the Baths, followed by a grand dinner and dancing in the Pump Room.
