Leisure options

•Thermae Bath Spa
Thermae Bath Spa is the perfect leisure option for delegates to wind down after a busy conference.

Organisers can either book in advance for a group to come on a specific date and time or if the event organiser just wants to give a slight incentive to their guests but not actually make a booking, Thermae can offer a delegate pass which would give delegates a 10% discount on the price of a spa session.

This gives delegates the freedom to use the spa independently in their free time during the event. This offer would be available during Mondays – Fridays and the event organiser will need to arrange this in advance with Thermae in order to provide a delegate pass for each guest.

• Evening venue options
Bath and the surrounding area boasts some wonderful venues for evening events. Read on below for some examples of venues suitable for large gala dinners- perfect to round off an association conference.

Located in the heart of Bath, The Pump Room & Roman Baths offer a unique hospitality experience. Guests may enjoy drinks and canapés alongside the steaming and torch lit waters of the Great Bath, before dining in the Pump Room. For smaller gatherings, the Terrace is an atmospheric choice.

Bath Racecourse another suitable option for a large evening event. Set in acres of beautiful countryside, 2 miles from the city centre, Bath Racecourse is a versatile and unique venue with excellent facilities suitable for conferences and social events. With an on site permanent marquee Bath Racecourse can hold gala dinners for up to 300 guests.

Located just outside of Bath is Priston Mill, a spectacular original stone walled barn dating back to 1720, with vaulted ceilings and exposed pitched roof. It has been expertly preserved to create a totally unique atmosphere. The result is a magnificent and most elegant venue for any special event. The Barn can seat up to 180 guests, or over 200 for a party, but the space can also easily be divided to provide separate areas.
