The venue boasts 2 large function rooms: The Orchard Room - seating up to 30, and Cara’s Barn - seating up to 60 and on-site catering facilities to provide you with a well-earned, sumptuous, festive feast at the end of a thrill packed day. Some of the activities we have to offer:

9.30am Arrival by coach
Snow ball fight - weather dependant!!!
Hot drinks, mince pies and team crackers

10.00am Split into teams and begin morning session
Team 1 Rudolf’s Deers - Archery - after practice arrows the team get to shoot for the Christmas pud!!
Team 2 Santa’s Little Helpers - Quad Bikes x 2 - on the flagged skills course with practice and timed laps
Head to Head - Teams 1 & 2
Team 3 The Fairy’s - Laser Clay Shooting - practice rounds
followed by competition shots
Team 4 Scrooge’s Urchins - Honda Pilots x 2 - on the fast track with practice and timed laps
Head to Head - Teams 3 & 4

12.30pm Break for lunch

1.00pm Begin afternoon session - repeat of above but teams
swap activities

3.30pm Finish activities
Head to Head Finale - all teams come together for a sledge race!
Mulled wine and more warm mince pies!!
Entertainment

5.00pm 3 course Christmas Dinner

8.00pm Depart by coach
