Searcy and Bath’s Historic Buildings present Christmas Parties at the Pump Rooom – Tuesday 11th, Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th December 2007, 7.30pm – 12.30am.

Featuring:

• Champagne cocktail reception around the torch-lit Roman Baths.

The classic prawn cocktail

Main Course
Butter roast turkey with shallot and bacon stuffing, rosemary chipolatas, bread sauce and Madeira jus

Braised West Country beef with wild mushrooms, red wine gravy and Yorkshire pudding

Goats cheese and grilled aubergine wellington with almond and lemon thyme pesto

All main courses served with fondant potato, ratatouille and sage roast carrots

Dessert
Traditional profiteroles with chocolate sauce

Freshly brewed fair trade coffee and handmade chocolates
