Bath Tourism Plus gain green award! Tuesday 9th June 2009
Bath Tourism Plus has recently been awarded Silver by the Green Tourism Business Scheme!
The GTBS is the national sustainable tourism certification scheme for the UK. Originally developed in partnership with Visit Scotland, it is now the only certification scheme validated by Visit Britain.
The silver award is particularly hard to achieve and the team and the property were graded against a rigorous set of criteria, covering energy and water efficiency, waste management, biodiversity and more.
