Designed to challenge the brain, not the body, outdoor Teamscapes have been a key feature at Bailbrook House for many years and, through a partnership developed through the International Association of Conference Centres, have even been licensed to a group of venues in Australia. The addition of the new indoor activities complements the existing offering perfectly. Each one uses a set of 36 ‘blocks’ crafted from fine English hardwood to simulate business situations in a non-threatening environment so that organisations can identify key skills and characteristics that may have gone previously unnoticed, or tackle specific issues that arise in the workplace.
